It’s been some months so I thought I jot down some of my recent notable experiences

Neon Genesis Evangelion

Finally took the time to watch this anime after delaying it for years. The central theme of the anime is the Hedgehog’s Dilemma. That it’s good to be friends with people but not too close to anybody. Which I very much agree with as this is the approach I adopts now.

Also watched a few other anime & Dong Hua

Games Played

Mostly some JRPGs & short indie games with unique concepts

Work Life

Nothing much, just training people up to make myself more redundant on purpose.

The hypocrite test

For a long time, I keep hoping for a piece of good news, that people could finally see the context & understand that was no ill will

Yet recently I was in a reverse position, when a previously close online friend reached out (who doesn’t know my real name). My 1st reaction was to not reply but something in me just doesn’t feel right. It’s true I have direct evidence of the person bad mouthing me really badly behind my back. But could there be a situation where I may have interpret things wrongly or over-interpreted? & even if I interpreted things correctly, wouldn’t it be better to believe in people ability to become better? I don’t have as much time as I would have liked after all.

So I replied like nothing bad has happened the same night. & I think I made the right decision.
